Cambridge Bus Tours Reviews

The driver was very nice, as was the bus itself and the route was good - but do you have to use ChatGPT to do the commentary? Oh dear!! Vibrant this and vibrant that! Also it repeated itself and sometimes it wasn’t clear how the commentary related to what we were seeing. A recording made by an actual human being would be better.

Courteous driver, interesting commentary, which provided a structure for me to explore the city.

The Muzak between the commentary sections got a bit irritating after a while.

Driver was very friendly
Timetable was easy to read and arrived on time
Commentary was accurate and informative
My 4 year old granddaughter and myself really enjoyed it

Enjoyed the trip, we used the hop off experience, all drivers were pleasant. Pity about the state of some of the roads, far too many potholes but that isn't the bus company's fault.

Had so much fun

The driver was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to everyone. He's a credit to your company. I just wish I had taken his name.

A great way for my family to see Cambridge.
The only downside was the 'muzak' in between the commentary.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Our driver was welcoming and explained everything clearly.
We sat upstairs so we could see as much as possible. The commentary was easy to hear and gave just the right level of detail so we could easily decide what we wanted to go back to.
Well worth the cost.

Such a fab experience. I’m in a wheelchair so it was a good experience learning more about Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

A very well structured tour together with a driver who show genuine enthusiasm and care for his customers
