The bus stop was difficult to locate. The bus seats were worn out. The staff was ok.

Only one of the routes was working and on that route only 2 busses operational the one i just got on had reduced capacity upstairs due to damage taking out about 20 seats. We waited a full 30 minutes without shade in 35 degree heat and people behind us could not get on so we had no confidence that if we did hop off that we could then hop back on again.

Not clear where bus stops were in Florence unlike in Rome. The audio guide was predominantly music, hardly any information on the local history.
The guide on our bus incorrectly told us we'd missed the stop for Boboli Gardens when we were right next to it.
Next time we hopped on the lady guide was much clearer on stops.
Tbh you see much more of the city centre by walking as the bus isn't allowed there.

On a adoré le tour, les 2 circuits, mais il y a eu un problème en fin de journée. L’avant dernier bus n’est jamais passé, on était à l’arrêt 10 minutes avant l’heure indiquée. Donc on a pris le dernier qui ne nous a pas ramené où on voulait. Ce qui nous a contraint à marcher une TRÈS longue distance.

Could have more buses on both routes

Le bus nous a permis de voir les extérieurs de Florence et d accéder à la place Michel Ange. Les explications dans le bus sont claires. Dommage que les arrêts ne soit pas plus nombreux sur la ligne B car les bus sont vites plein et il est difficile de trouver une place à l étage du bus.

Muy buen recorrido. Tal vez faltaría explicar mejor lo del último autobús y el horario de salida y ubicación del mismo.
