The tour was interesting, it was very interesting to see the city during the night. However, the audio in english kept getting cut off in the middle of the sentence, therefore, we weren't able to understand everything.

The tour itself was great! It was a bit difficult to figure out which bus was ours. We got picked up by one bus only to have them drop us off leaving us to walk back to the stop they picked us up at.
Otherwise, the tour was great! Excellent driver, the tour guide was very quick to bring us rain gear when it started raining

If you’re looking for a simple, all-in-one way to get your bearings in Hanoi, this tour pretty much covers all bases. It hits the major landmarks—from cultural sites to museums—and gives you a solid overview of the city without needing to plan logistics yourself.
The hop-on, hop-off format is where it really shines. You can explore at your own pace, jump off where something catches your interest, and continue when you’re ready. For first-time visitors especially, it’s an easy way to understand the layout of Hanoi in a short amount of time.
That said, it’s not flawless. Some travellers mention issues with timing, audio guides, or stop locations being a bit unclear, which can take away from the experience. But if you go in expecting a broad overview rather than a perfectly polished tour, it does the job well.

Enjoyed the tour, only problem we had was finding the pickup locations.

I liked everything.

The route and commentary were good except trying to find the stops based on the online map were difficult. The app also is not present here and you cannot determine the bus locations in real time.

It’s great value!
You can’t go wrong if you just want an overview of the old quarter.

Quite helpful guides onboard the bus. The challenge was finding the right bus stops as it was not clearly marked on the route map (too coarse).
