Heraklion Bus Tours Reviews

Had to purchase tickets online and that was easy and as always these HO/HO buses are good - great way to get the feel of the city without the walking.

The red line is interesting, with several stops such as Knossos Palace, the fortress, the port, and the various museums.

I liked the blue line less, particularly the section from Apollonia to Candis Maris. It’s a route through hotels, seaside shops, and so on.

However, it’s still interesting if you want to get to the beach.

The price is very reasonable compared to other European cities.

Wir sind gut und freundlich informiert worden. Leider war ein Bus ziemlich dreckig und die ein oder andere Sprache konnte nicht gehört werden.

The bus ride was safe but it was just a bus ride. The headphone system was too low and too much static to get any information about Heraklion. The drivers were very nice.

Buses were old and dirty. We thought more information should have been presented on the sites and history in the area.

It was okay but wouldn't recommend it as you don't really get to see some of the sights, much better to save your money and walk!
