Great tour to see the great city of Liverpool. Very cheerful, welcoming and helpful staff. A must when in Liverpool.

The entrance area is a bit congested and busy. Also, while there are a few places to sit, some more seating would help as there were some elderly people and others with sticks etc with no option but to stand in line.

This was the best hop on hop off bus tour we’ve been on. The onboard guide, Joe, was knowledgeable, humorous, and had a passion and love for Liverpool which enhanced the commentary.
The accompanying Beatles tour was equally as good with Joe. We got to see a lot in 2 days, and learned so very much. Would recommend 10/10!

Jimmy was an entertaining guide. I've rated the tour as good versus excellent due to two things: 1. it was an open-top bus and the weather was inclement, so not ideal, 2. the route encounters many trees, which Jimmy did warn us about, but I'm sure the Health and Safety Executive would not be impressed, as, seriously, you could have an eye taken out. So beware!! And finally, they didn't take you past/near or say where the Cavern club is, just a nitpick ;-)
