I bought my tickets online and there was some confusion.

The information provided lead me to believe I had to go to Bus Stop 17 near Sliema Ferries to swap my mobile voucher for a paper ticket.

The bus stops were not numbered but I eventually found the right one with the help of someone. There is no mention of 17 on it and it's difficult to see the sign from the footpath.

The 10:05 bus was late, I thought we had missed it, we waited 15minutes before deciding the next one would be at 11:05. I crossed the road for a drink and the bus went past at 10:28. It's seems pointless to follow the timetable.

Once on the bus it was good, we enjoyed the North Route but the initial confusion was annoying.

I could have simply boarded the bus anywhere with my mobile ticket. Maybe the instructions get somewhat lost in translation.

The bus was early multiple times causing me to miss it multiple times

The buses are modern, clean and run on time…I understand the business decisions but 1hr intervals and only four runs during the day make hop off planning difficult…but the negative: the recorded commentary was almost useless and almost every traveler we talked to agreed on this. Whilst the background and historical information was interesting at almost never related to the points of interest we were near….over and over again people were wondering “what’s that” and having no commentary, and were there was commentary specific to a site it was always out of sync from were we were…just plain unhelpful….and worst of all: on the North tour, at the most distant location, Golden Bay, our driver stopped the bus and said his shift was over and we could exit the bus and wait for the next bus in an hour!!!. He eventually made a straight run back into town and dropped some of us off at our preferred location…wow.

The boat ride lovely
Would have been nice if we had more time in Gozo
I have two elderly women in their eighties so everything takes much longer we would have needed a bit more time
The blue lagoon was lovely
But not suitable for my ladies
This should have been explained before we travelled
So we spend the 2 hours on the boat in the heat of the sun
I thought they would collapse

Nice overview of Malta with interesting audio coverage……I wish the audio had been clearer as it faded sometimes.

HOHO bus was okay only.

Helpful staff, correct directions. Lack of audio guide in Hungarian.
