Tour was great. Perfect amount of time. Efficient and well marked boarding process.
Bus was clean. Would have preferred individual headsets rather than recorded message on speaker.

Was hot on the bus was very hot…. Airconditioning needs improvement

The bus ride was excellent and on the ride that went up to the cathedral everything went well. We got off and got back on 1 hr later. We rode to the terminal and got on the other line to go to the coastal route. We were told the next bus comes in 45 minutes. We got off and went into the museum. We were back at the stop at 45 minutes but the bus didn’t come. After 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting I tried to call but the number didn’t go through. Then I tried to email. It was a little before 4pm and I didn’t get a response so we took a cab back which cost $20. If the last bus leaves the terminal at 4pm, we should have seen a bus come to our stop.

Great way to see the city

Easy to find as you leave the cruise port interesting ride on two different routes

Each loop of the Hop On Hop Off bus took much longer than had been advertised, which made it hard to plan our time effectively. However these buses always get you around to the most important things to see. But the frequency (40 minutes before next bus) meant that we just did the 2 loops without getting off.

Really enjoyed this tour. We went by all the major sites in Messina.

This was excellent way to see the city, would recommend this option

Buses were easy to find. The staff was friendly. The clock tower at noon was incredible.

The blue line is worth it.
Red line, you can skip.
