Of the two routes the second (b) is much more scenic. Line A is mainly driving around in traffic. It’s good if you just want to get a sense of the city but unlike other tours in other cities some of the main sights you can’t get very close to so it does not have the same wow factor. Our only issue was that we did “hop off” at a stop that was miles away from anything but the views were gorgeous. We took a long walk in the heat with two small kids and when the bus came there was no space for us, meaning the kids (3 and 6) needed to wait in around 35 degree heat for half hour for the next one. Whilst I appreciate the bus is a fixed size it is disappointing that given the very lax attitude to driving safety they wouldn’t even allow us to get on and have the kids on our laps. In England I would understand the attitude as it wouldn’t be allowed in any case but given that very few of the drivers of the buses or taxis even wear a seatbelt you’d think there could be some logic applied. And no I don’t expect special treatment because they are my kids but i was disappointed there was not more consideration. For context we got to the bus at the same time as a young couple and whilst I don’t expect them to let strangers go in front it would have at least been nice if the driver / guide asked them. I know the ticket says there is no guarantee of a seat by the way so I’m not saying it’s against the policy. Despite this we enjoyed most of the day but having some of the drop off points being nearer paths to get to beaches / viewpoints would have helped for the line B part

De uitleg was niet altijd verstaanbaar.
Wij stapten op bij halte 4 (archeologisch museum) en het was moeilijk om de halte te vinden ( is verplaatst)
Ze waren goed op tijd de chauffeur reed veilig

-There should be an option for 2 -3 days. Not only just for 1 day when you buy the ticket
- you should correlate the buses so if someone hop on on the 9th stop, they can catch the bus that start again the same route. Now you need to wait 20 minutes before starting again the same route

The Option to get off and on at Anstieg you want is fantastic. As well that the roof was closed due to the sun was perfect to be in the Sadow during the trip thru Naples

Great city tour. Service is outstanding and timely

Friendly staff and on time schedule.
Hated advertising wrap that blocked views from bus windows.
Would earlier start time.

Only negative was the time between buses averaged about 20-30 mins but later in the day was saying 40 mins fir next bus

The fee was very reasaonable and the routes gave one a good overview of Naples.

I love this company so much. The convenience of getting an overview of this incredible city is just wonderful. I love being able to do both lines and then choose where to go after that. Our guests love it! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the tour to begin. It’s perfect and the price is fair! It is our “go to” when company comes to visit
