Some of the boxes for earphones did not work, which means you have to switch seats and get less good of a view or you keep the view and miss the information

Unfortunately, the buses weren't really clean, and in some cases the headphone jacks were broken.
This was the same situation on two buses.

One bus audio did not work on our side of bus. Haphazard schedule, waited awhile at one stop. Seats are hard and uncomfortable.

We felt the tour was quite good. The audio was well done and the staff were great. I took off one star because the roof top was broken so the driver couldn’t open it and it became extremely hot. Otherwise worth the money.

Need to have more commentary on the city. Too much down time on the audio. Driver didn’t stop at one of the stops we wanted to see.

Audio guide was a disappointment, volume was way too low at the highest, and there should have been a lot more to tell about Oslo in general. The gps system on our second bus didn’t work so couldn’t see if it was coming. We got very frustrated waiting for the bus at the museums and were one minute from taking a taxi back and claiming for refund.

Nice and comfortable, you can see a lot of Oslo.

The staff were friendly enough and quite helpful. The bus route was good as was the timetable. However the timetable said the Hop On Hop Off cruise would still be operating and it was not. So it closed almost a week ahead of schedule.
My online booking said I'd pay for 24hous and get 24 free, but the ticket did not indicate this so I had to argue the point the second day.
