Good introduction to the city. Pleasant drivers. Need better signage on bus stops.

We completely enjoyed the bus tour. Our only complaint was, we had purchased our tickets ahead on-line and had them in our hands, however, we were required to wait in the queue with people who did not have tickets and were purchasing on the spot. This required us to have to wait for another bus, eliminating any advantage of our advance purchase.

Everyone, bus driver and those selling tickets at the Cathedral were helpful, considerate and jolly. The onboard guide, via earphone was very clear, good diction.
Information and descriptions easy to understand.
Definitely recommend.

The tour is good but English audio commentary was often lagging behind and buildings mentioned were not specified.

The route had some very boring parts.

Great scenery and experience- very friendly staff.

Estupendo todo ,sobre todo muy puntuales la única pega quiza que las gorras solo se repartían en la parada número 1 a quien empieza el recorrido en otra parada no se le dan

Il tour è andato bene, se posso fare un'osservazione riguardo alla "voce narrante" è che avrebbero potuto raccontare qualcosa di più durante il percorso, lasciano meno tempi vuoti. E forse anche fare un giro con qualcosa di più interessante da vedere, perché ci sarebbe stato. comunque il giro e organizzazione complessivamente molto positivo , è da fare.
