We had Janine and she was funny and knew a lot of cooler niche Philly facts!! 10/10 tour

Ticket purchasing process was very easy. On board guides were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot as we rode through the city. Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Overall experience is good but would recommend adding a bus or two to the fleet. We had to wait over an hour to get back on because due to the buses not arriving on time and one being full

We had 3 different tour guides as part of this experience. 2 of them were very good. (2 males, but I can't recall their names). Our first tour guide (younger female on Thurs July 23) seemed very disinterested in did not add a lot of interesting commentary. (I had lived in Philadelphia for 13 years previously and had experienced the tour before). I would suggest a 'secret shopper' program to spot check the experience your tour guides are offering. Also, I recognize that the parent company must pocket most of the fee that we pay for our tickets. At the same time, I felt like the tour guides were generally a bit too aggressive seeking tips. Not sure what the solution is but we spent a lot of money on the tickets themselves to have tour guides pressuring for more. (I did add a $10 tip for one of the guides who was good and we spent a lot of time on his bus, but still felt weird with all of the guides applying tip pressure).

Eleanor Bergstein….no mention of her, really? She is an American treasure. One who attended Penn. oh and also wrote Dirty Dancing. Tsk tsk.

Tour guides were great!

We were in town for the Eagles game on Sunday and had one extra day to try to see the city. We chose to see the city on the sight seeing buses. I spent a couple hours the night before researching which one to use. Come to find out each bus company honored the others tickets. We loved this bus, it was quick and easy to do, very easy to book and the tour guides do a great job. I hate to say it but we enjoyed this just a much as the Eagles game. Anyone wanting to get the most out of a short trip, this is a must do! GO BIRDS!!

The double decker bus tour was a great way to see all of the sights of the city without all of the walking. The announcer added color and good information on all of the sights and history of Philadelphia. It was a good value
