Riga Bus Tours Reviews

The trip was excellent, it goes through a lot of the most interesting spots of the city. The audio guide has a lot of interesting information. One star removed because the automatic translation to Norwegian had quite a few errors (both weird pronunciation and words translated to the wrong alternative from context/"literal" translations word for word) which made it a bit hard to understand at times, especially if the listener isn't good enough in English to "translate" what is said to English and back to the correct contextual meaning in Norwegian. This only applies to a handful of sentences, though, so you'll still get about 95% of the information without errors. It was also unclear where you could hop on, and there was a sign by the opera that showed incorrect times at a stop in the wrong direction, so we ended up having to walk from the train station to the starting point of the trip just to be sure to catch a bus before the last trip of the day. Would also not recommend sitting on the right side on the top floor because of branches, especially if you're tall. (We only took the red route, so I don't know if all this applies to the blue one)

The most wonderful experience! Both drivers were exceptionally attentive and careful, and the audio accompanying the tour was filled with exciting information. Very highly recommended to try for every tourist in Riga.

This was a great, informative tour and a fun way to orientate ourselves with the city.

We enjoyed this bus tour. Great for my 83 year old grandmother to enjoy the city without the walking.

Pickup at port was great. Drop off was not anywhere near as close to pick up location...

War eine Gute Tour. Viele Erklärungen. Jedoch fand man die Haltestellenpunkte sehr schlecht wo sie sein sollten. Mussten eine weiter laufen weil wir unseren Punkt nicht am Centralmarkt gefunden haben und wollten dann am Circus einsteigen. Dort war nicht gut ersichtlich welchen Bus man nehmen muss. Es gibt in Riga 2 Anbieter der Busse.

Good overview of Riga but not easy to hop off & hop back on.

Great tour. The bus was a little slower than the audio commentary, but there was a giant bike race on in the city that day, which might've explained the delay.
