We have used hop-on-hop-off services throughout the country. Savannah was one of our best experiences. It gave a beautifully comprehensive tour and cultural review of the city. Though we had several drivers, each as knowledgeable as the next with their own unique historical perspectives, Cash and especially Justice was our favorite. We questioned getting off our bus at our intended destination because we wanted to finish the entire loop with her. Overall, an amazing day!

There were more customers than available buses and their capacity which meant long waits just to hop on the bus in the first place. Because of such, customers already on the bus feared that getting off at any location would mean not getting back on so they would just stay on as long as possible. For advertising a "hop on and hop off" experience is really false advertising. There should be two types of sightseeing experiences - a tour experience that lets you stay on as long as you want and another tour experience that truly is hop on and hop off without long, impossible waits just to get back on a bus.

We got on/off 3 times and all drivers were great and very professional. Heather stood out as she extended her shift to drive many of us to 3 separate stops near end of day

We really enjoyed our first tour bus driver. I believe his name was Caiden. He was very funny and made the whole trip enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest to do differently as a company, is in your advertising or sending emails out to people who purchased tickets, making it very clear that if they want to park in the free parking lot, they need to go to number 2 pick up point. ( the Welcome center) As it is not stated on any communication from your company. We had to get the information from the gentleman at the visitor center, and it was a bit of a hassle and took longer than we wanted. Just a thought for you to consider. Thank you

Cathy did a great job and was very entertaining. She provided lots of historical background on the tour. The food was really good and we were full at the end of the tour.

What a great way to see the city and learn interesting historical facts. Each individual driver bought a new set of information. Justice was amazing and so fun!!!
