The tour was great of St. Augustine! I was a little hesitant because our first tour guide (Kendall) was hard to hear/understand. Her interactions with some of the tour guests were very short and brusque. However, our second guide Tim was great! He gave a lot of interesting facts, but infused them with his own personality. The only other callout was the lack of accessibility to bring a fold up stroller on and off the trolley tours. It would have made it easier for us traveling with a small baby.

We found the driver Kevin to be funny and full of great information. Using the trolley showed us places and taught us things we wouldn’t have seen if we’d just parked on our own.

Lots of information. Did it about ten years ago and did the Christmas lights tour about four years ago. Sure seemed a lot bumpier and more uncomfortable this time. One driver talked fast. Seems too that the museums, etc were free with the ticket last time. Had to pay so much extra for everything this time. Still good for an overview of the history.

My 1st driver was really easy to hear. & understand and always emphasized safely. I was sitting in the last car for the whole tour (1-22). When I got back on with Scott, I was in the front car and could not hear or understand as well. Scott did not annunciate very well, so he was more difficult to understand.

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.
Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).
As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).
