Super friendly ,well informed staff!

Friendly open staff

The staff was very nice and making blankets available for people that wanted to sit outside was a nice touch. However, I did the tour twice (day and night) and the narration was not the same on both tours - and 90% of the time, I did see what it was telling me to look at, making me wonder if it was off. Overall, it's a good overview of the city, seeing many different neighborhoods and getting a bit of history.

The intervals were so long about 40-60 min.
The audio was not along with bus movements!
It didn’t worth the price!

The service was amazing. The staff is absolutely kind. I've been in similar places like NY, Dubai or Barcelona and this one is by far the best. The headphones and the sound is much better and I can listen clear and loud. The bus was always clean. Air conditioning working properly in the first floor and in the 2nd floor half has a sun roof. Everything was perfect

Great way to see the city and learn some history!

The tour through Tblisi itself was quite nice.
Unfortunately, the speaker’s remarks in German were not easy to understand.
You had to concentrate very hard to understand the explanations.
Furthermore, the music between the explanations was much too loud.
Last but not least, the announcements about the exits were almost incomprehensible because they were completely distorted.
