Probably not a fair assessment of your service, but it was raining and the covered area up top fogged up so seeing the sights was pretty poor.
That said, the sound system worked well and the bus was clean.
If it was a better day, I’m sure we would have been happier

Switching from red line to green I had to wait over an hour. Should not be that long. Sometimes the bus parked blocks away from the destination and it was a long walk just to start the site seeing. Pick up location for sky tree is not at sky tree but down the street, over a bridge and in an alleyway
