How does it work?

-You will receive an email with Ticket instructions within few minutes after purchase.

-Simply Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the Vox City App and the City Map.

-If you haven't received an email, please reach out to us at support@sightseeingo.com.

-Launch the App to redeem and start the selected tour and follow the designated route.

-All 'Points of Interest' included in the purchase can be accessed through the 'My Tours' section in the App.

-After redeeming the voucher, it will no longer be valid.

-In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Important: Activate and download the App in advance. WiFi is unavailable and mobile signal may be weak at the attraction.
