The route was well paced and gave a great overview of the city.

I got to see the city and understanding for the various parts of Hanoi.
Service through out the trip was one of ensuring I was OK.
I took the 4 hour trip where I could hop off and on at any stage however elected to keep going the full round trip.

Well organized morning tour. Staff was helpful and friendly and explain everything to you. I enjoyed the sightseeing. Best to go in the morning when it is still cool.

Tour was good, commentary could have been better (and more accurate to the location of the bus). The bus did not stop at the actual entry to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Overall the price of the ticket was worth it and it allowed me to get a different view of Hanoi after a few days of intense sightseeing on foot.
