You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the attraction counter with address: Parque de la Ciutadella, Barcelona.
Nearest Metro: L1, Arc de Triomf stop and L4, Ciutadella-Vila Olímpica stop.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Ticket Validity: Please note that the voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Zoo Opening Hours: Opening times subject to change

-01st Jan to 28th March: 10:00am to 05:00pm.

-29 March - 15 May: 10:00am to 06:00pm.

-16 May - 13 Sep: 10:00am to 07:00pm.

-14 Sep - 24 Oct: 10:00am to 06:00pm.

-25 Oct - 31 Dec: 10:00am to 05:00pm.

Please note that on 25 Dec, the zoo will be open until 02:00pm.
