  • This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
  • A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
  • All vouchers will now be valid for 06 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cruise Passengers: You can get-on the bus from our stop# 12 is at cruise ship terminal. Address: Fort Hill Wharf (Cruise Ship Terminal).

Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!   • Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

Ans: Yes, all of the Big Bus Darwin buses are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Every bus has a dedicated space for wheelchair and stroller on its lower deck. The upper deck on entire fleet is not accessible to the wheelchair or stroller.
