Ticket Redemption:
Download and print the ticket from the link given in your order confirmation email that you received after purchasing tickets online. A staff member of Big Bus will check the code present in the ticket during bus boarding.
Show the printed ticket to the staff member at our bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the big bus. This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.

Cancellation Policy:
