Q. Are the Big Bus Hong Kong buses wheelchair / stroller accessible?

Ans: Yes, all of the Big Bus Hong Kong buses are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Every bus has a dedicated space for wheelchair and stroller on its lower deck. The upper deck on entire fleet is not accessible to the wheelchair or stroller.

Q. When can I use the Peak Tram tour ticket?

Ans: You do not have to use the Peak Tram on the same day as your Tour. You should collect your return ticket for the Peak Tram from the Big Bus Tours ticketing counter at the Peak Tram Lower Terminus on the day of your Tour, but you then have the option to keep the tram tickets and use them anytime within one month.

Q. From where can I board the Big Bus tour of Hong Kong ?

Ans: The first stop of Big Bus Hong Kong is at Central Star Ferry Pier 7 in Central. This is a Hop-On-Hop-Off tour and you can board the bus from any of the stop. Please check the list of stops and routs from the map.

Q. How can I redeem the Big Bus Hong Kong Tickets?

Ans: Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a ticket receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket. If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will then issue you your ticket receipt.
