  • Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at our bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the Big Bus.
  • This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
  • A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
  • All vouchers will now be valid for 06 months from the date of purchase.
  • Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Big Bus Tours" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking.

  • Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
  • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
  • On days when cruise ships are in port, the bus operates hop-on, hop-off bus tours every 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • On non-cruise-ship days, the bus operates two panoramic tours each day, at 10:00am and 3:00pm. These panoramic tours are not hop-on, hop-off tours.
  • Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.
  • Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
