Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Overview

Admire the city's attractions at night. Our Night Tour of San Francisco begins at Fisherman's Wharf and climbs historic Nob Hill for a stunning view of Grace Cathedral. The cruise next crosses the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island for spectacular views of the metropolitan skyline. Back in the city, the tour finishes along the Embarcadero, where you can see the shimmering lights of the Port of San Francisco.

Itinerary

After spending a beautiful day viewing the scenes of San Francisco, cheer up yourself for the night tour. Starting from the Fisherman's Wharf discover the Nob Hill and grab the great look of Grace Cathedral. Further, the tour makes way for Bay Bridge to Treasure Island that imparts a beautiful view of the city skyline. While returning, the tour steps towards Embarcadero to show the mesmerizing views filled with glittering lights on the Port of San Francisco.

The Night Tour takes you through the Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, and the Financial District and you can feel the evening vibes everywhere. Cross the Bay Bridge at Treasure Island and click photos. The night tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour and is available only in English.

Take in the breathtaking splendor of the famous monuments of San Francisco bathed in the golden light of a setting sun. Enjoy an hour-long tour of San Francisco's top attractions, which includes great nighttime picture ops of the skyline and Golden Gate Bridge.

Beginning at Fisherman's Wharf, you'll stroll down historic Polk Street and then ascend renowned Nob Hill to get a breathtaking up-close look at Grace Cathedral. Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at our bus stop, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the Big Bus.

A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.

Please report 20 minutes prior to departure time. It is a non-stop, panoramic tour.

Voucher must be used on date you selected at the time of booking.

No food or alcohol is permitted on board the bus. Non-alcoholic drinks in screw-top bottles are permitted.
Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the upper deck on our entire fleet in San Francisco is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

In "normal times" San Francisco is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends.
