Staff were really nice, I didn’t realise you needed a pink ticket after buying online but it was no problem and she came and found me on the bus to give me one, a lot of companies wouldn’t let you on with that

Tour was really nice and I got to stop at the viewpoint which was gorgeous

The audio guide kept cutting off which was a shame as I don’t feel I got all the information that I could’ve but the tour was still good

Great to see the town before walking around. Really a decent service.

Just a small issue with headphones (one side didn’t work in any of the upstairs plugs). Accepted it though. The windows up top were dirty, didn’t really spoil the tour - as it was not raining. Just to know that these things would have made it excellent.

We would recommend this bus tour - we were only in Toledo for an afternoon on a day that was very hot! The tour was a great way to see the city, in particular the fabulous views from across the river. The commentary was informative and we had a lovely time! The staff on the bus were helpful - thanks for a wonderful tour!
