You can board the bus at any stop.
Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at the bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the Big Bus.
Please redeem your tickets for Sheikh Zayad Tour & Presidential Palace Tour with the Big Bus Staff prior your visit to the attraction.
Exchange yourr Voucher for Louvre Museum ticket from the Bus Driver at Stop #2 (Lovre Museum)
This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
All vouchers will now be valid for 06 months from the date of purchase.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Tour:
-This ticket includes a return shuttle to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
-Join a guided tour of the Mosque in English
-Mosque Guided Tour departure are hourly
-Please note there is a strict dresscode in effect at the Mosque
-Shuttle departure times from Abu Dhabi Mall is at 12:00pm & 4:00pm; and from Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is at 12:30pm & 4:30pm
Presidential Palace Tour:
-Opening hours: 09:00am to 07:00pm
-Palace Guided Tour departure times are every 30 minutes. Tours last for 60 minutes.
-Dresscode: Women must dress modestly, with long sleeves, a long skirt or trousers. Men must wear trousers (shorts not permitted)
The Louvre Museum is open 10am-6.30pm and is closed on Mondays.
