Redemption Info

Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at our bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the Big Bus.
This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.
Special Note: Voucher is valid for the date/time you selected at the time of booking. On the day, if you misses the bus then we will try to allocate a later tour, however, it is dependent upon availability.
