Redemption Info

Collect your combo ticket at any Big Bus stop or the kiosk at Piazza del Colosseo 4470. A team member will provide your bus ticket and Colosseum entry details.
Arrive at the Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi office at Mamertine Prison (Clivo Argentario, 1) 30 mins early to collect your actual Colosseum entry ticket.
The selected entry time is for the Mamertine Prison, where your experience begins. After ticket collection at Mamertine Prison, you'll get the next Colosseum entry time. The Colosseum entry is usually set for 1 hour after the visit to Mamertine Prison.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Big Bus Tours" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking.

On the day of your tour, guests can show your booking confirmation to Big Bus Tours staff at any stop or at the kiosk in front of the Colosseum (Via Labicana corner).
Big Bus Tours staff will give you the bus tour pass, and the entry pass for Mamertine Prison.
Please note that before your scheduled Mamertine Prison entry time, guests need  to visit the Opera Romani Pellegrinaggi (ORP) kiosk outside Mamertine Prison.
The partnership between bus service and Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi (ORP) will conclude on 31st December 2024. From this date, customers will no longer be able to travel on ORP buses in addition to Big Bus services.
After presenting the entry pass, guests will receive your Colosseum entry time and pass, along with entry passes for the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
Please note that without a reserved Colosseum entry time, guests will not be admitted.
The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited anytime on the same day after visiting Mamertine Prison.
All vouchers are valid for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
