Redemption Info

For Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour, you can board the bus from any of the designated stops in the route. However the first stop at the Canada Place.
Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at the bus stop or to the bus driver, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to Hop on and off the bus.
This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.
All Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, but we recommend that the traveller should use their tickets on the same travel date.
Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Big Bus Tours" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations, timings and live bus tracking.
To download the Audio App, follow the instructions on your ticket to download the App and don’t forget your own pair of Headphones!

Voucher Information: Mobile and Paper Voucher are accepted !
Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and space is first come, first served.
Free wheelchair, walker, and stroller storage is available at the Canada Place Welcome Centre kiosk.
Strollers and walkers are not permitted to be stored with the guest at their seat or on their lap.  
Luggage can not be accommodated on the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity.

Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
