For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Show the Mobile/ Printed ticket to the staff member at our bus stops, and you will receive a receipt that you will use to hop on the Big Bus.

This receipt is must throughout the validity period of your ticket.

A staff member of Big Bus Tours will check the code present on the ticket during bus boarding.

Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, cruise ship arrivals and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. In "normal times" Vienna is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!

Dunabe River Cruise:

Cruises depart either near from our Stop #8 “Schwedenplatz/Danube Canal” or Stop #11 “Blue Danube/Cruises”. Please make sure to exchange your voucher with Big Bus Tours first. Your Big Bus Ticket needs then to be exchanged into a River Cruise ticket before entering the boat. Please ask our Big Bus staff for detailed information on where to find the office to exchange the ticket.

Departure Time: Daily - Cruises may be cancelled due to high water or other unusual weather conditions. Up to 12 departures daily from 10:30 until 17:00.

A. Yes, all of the Big Bus Vienna buses are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Every bus has a dedicated space for wheelchair and stroller on its lower deck. The upper deck on entire fleet is not accessible to the wheelchair or stroller.
