It is mandatory to carry the iSee Malta Booking Voucher with you that you will receive on your email id after 10 minutes of making the booking.
For the Harbour Cruise, you can show your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: Stop# H1, Sliema Ferries.

For the Hop-on Hop-off Bus, you can redeem the voucher and board the Bus at any stop. However, the first stops are: Stop# N1, Bugibba (Topaz Hotel) & Stop# S10, Conrinthia St George Hotel Roundabout.

Mobile Vouchers are accpeted at the Sliema Ferries (Stop 17) for Bus, however, paper Vouchers are accepted at any stop.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket , your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

You can use your 2-day bus ticket on two separate days. Once you redeem your voucher, you will get next 3 days to use your tickets. Your ticket will be valid for 2 days only, you can not use the services for all 3 days.
