  • Please redeem your ticket at the meeting point at Siam Paragon or simply show your confirmation to the bus driver at any of our bus stops. The bus driver will redeem the ticket and will allow you to join the tour.
  • You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
  • Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
  • After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
  • In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
  • Flexi Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The Bus departs from Siam Paragon, in front of LOCK BOX Plus+ located on the Ground Floor - Gate 1.
  • The service counter is also at Gate 1 and is next to Bangkok Bank.

Ans: The Bangkok City Sightseeing bus tour is valid for 24h, 48h and 72h. The 24h ticket is valid for 24 hrs starting from when you hop on . For ex - if you hop on at 1pm the ticket is valid until 1pm the following day. 48h and 72h tickets have the same principle as 24h ticket, however they are valid for the 2 and 3 consecutive days respectively.

Ans: Yes, the bus tour includes audio commentary. The commentary is available in 7 languages - English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Korean and Thai.
