You can board the bus at any stop and voucher (Smartphone/ Printed) can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Both Smartphone/ Printed vouchers can be redeemed at Bus Stop 1 - Belfast City Hall also.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

Some stops are request only and require passengers to notify the driver if they wish to hop off.
