You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However the first stop is Bournemouth Pier.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

The bus leaves the first stop at Bournemouth Station at 9:30 and 10:30, then East Overcliff Drive at 9:35 and 10:35 thereafter only starts from Bournemouth Pier.
Poole Quay hosts many events during the year which means Poole Quay can be restricted at certain times for access by buses. This normally affects our last 6PM bus departing Poole Quay when we have to use the alternative bus stop around the corner. Please find up to date inforamtion on our main website or locally from our drivers and ticket sellers to see if this affects you on your travels.
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.
