Our journey begins at Bournemouth Pier, a must-visit spot with a long walkway stretching into the sea. At the end of it, you will find the Oceanarium, a place with loads of fascinating sea creatures. Penguins are the stars here, waddling around at their own Penguin Beach. 
 
If you are in the mood for shopping, head to The Square. It is like a shopaholic paradise, with three main shopping roads: Westover Road, Commercial Road, and Old Christchurch Road. While busy with your shopping spree, do not forget to stroll around Branksome Chine. This magical place offers sandy beaches and stunning views of the English Channel making it a perfect combo of relaxation and beauty.
 
The next stop is Poole, a hidden gem in England. It is home to Europe's largest natural harbor. It is a massive, sheltered bay surrounded by history, picturesque beaches, and breathtaking gardens. One of Poole's green treasures is Poole Park, a charming place with over 110 acres of parkland. There are play parks for kids, a saltwater lagoon, and a beautiful boating lake. You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However the first stop is Bournemouth Pier.
Mobile/ Printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexi Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
Changes to the route and timetable might happen due to road closures and any other unforseen circumstances, but we will do our best to inform our passengers when needed.

Please note that the boat tours are weather permitting, and schedule is subject to change.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome on board.
The bus will leave the first stop on East Overcliff Drive at 09:45am and 10:45am everyday.
Poole Quay hosts many events during the year which means Poole Quay can be restricted at certain times for access by buses. This normally affects our last 6PM bus departing Poole Quay when we have to use the alternative bus stop around the corner. Please find up to date inforamtion on our main website or locally from our drivers and ticket sellers to see if this affects you on your travels.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. In "normal times" Bournemouth is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!
