The buses were exactly on time ( although only every hour at this time of the year ) the information over the speaker system was very informative and clear and all the drivers were extremely pleasant and helpful , I would recommend this service as a great way to get your bearings around the city and also save a lot of walking

The bus tour was great ... really enjoyable and informative thank you. Driver was friendly and everyone seemed to be having a good time. However, online booking was not good. Asked for date of travel was offered availability to be paid in advance only to find out after waiting for over an hour for bus that they did not operate on Mondays in September. Annoying and meant we had to reschedule our plans to do bus following day. Customer service was shut in bus station so no one to ask for support. Not ideal but when we did go on bus following day it was very good

The tour was great value for money and allowed you to highlight things of interest that you would like to visit. We purchased the 24 hour ticket that we used for most of the day. There was a guided talk along the way and a free map. Definitely well worth doing. The driver was very nice and she explained everything to us when we got onto the bus.

Really enjoyable ride, commentary clear and very interesting. Plenty of places to hop on and off and friendly bus driver. Would recommend.

It was a great way to not only see the city and learn about the history but to get around too - we certainly made the most of our 24hr tickets!!

It’s just lovely to get on a bus and be driven around the interesting parts of a city with full commentary of the history to it.

What fantastic value it is/was…! Used it 3 times in the 24 hours, including a full tour, which was very informative. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Chester.

There was a lot more to see than I expected.
