Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Tour Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Please note that the visit at the Achillion Palace's site takes about 60 minutes, so the total duration of the tour will be approximately 2.5 - 3 hours round trip.

Guests are reminded to exchange their purchased voucher for their tour ticket with the City Sightseeing Corfu staff at almost all of the bus stops or bus driver upon boarding the buses. Please make sure there is the correct City Sightseeing Corfu company applicable to your voucher when boarding.

First Departure Point: Corfu New Port - Main Gate (350m away from the Cruise Terminal building).
Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Special Note: Please note that the Achilleion Palace museum is not currently open; only access to the gardens and outdoor areas are available at this time.

It is highly recommended that guests board the Achillion Line first and then the Kanoni Line

A pedestrian bridge and pathway connects Stop 5 Perama of the Achillion Line with Stop 3 Kanoni of the Kanoni Line, so guests need to walk a distance of 15 - 20 minutes

Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.

Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.

Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector

Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.

Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancelations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Kanoni Line:

Kanoni Line operates with single-decker buses (with a capacity of 34 and 47 passengers) and double-decker buses (with a capacity of 70 and 82 passengers)
There is access for wheelchairs and baby strollers only on the double-decker buses, and inside the buses there's space available for storage as well
Only for Cruise ship passengers: In case of a cruise ship departure after the "last tour" timetable, we will extend operations up to 30 minutes prior to cruise ship's departure time

Achillion Line:

Please note that at the Achillion Palace, only the outdoor spaces and Imperial Gardens are open to the public. The Museum remains closed for maintenance and restoration works
Achillion Line operates with single-decker buses (with a capacity of 34 passengers), in which priority is maintained depending on guests' arrival time at the departure point
There is no access for wheelchairs and baby strollers on the buses. There is only space available for baby stroller's storage

Cruise Passengers:

Customers will find the City Sightseeing Corfu buses at; Corfu New Port – Main Gate.

The tour departure point is 300m away from Cruise Terminal building exit. Customers will see the City Sightseeing Corfu staff outside of the buses. They also have an office located at Cruise Terminal Building (Office 5).
