Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

Important Operational Information

The 2-Day Premium, 3-Day Premium and 3-Day + Aquaventure tickets no longer include the Dubai Frame.

Instead, they now include Lost World Aquarium (which is the new name for The Lost Chambers Aquarium that was previously included in the tickets).

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexi Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You can redeem your Lost World Aquarium vouchers at any of the bus stops or you can go to one of the locations below to redeem your vouchers and speak to our friendly, helpful team on how to get the most out of your tour and visit to Dubai.

The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost World Aquarium tickets must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper vouchers both are accepted !
Note that the map does not include the cruise connector route, just the red and blue routes.

For 2 and 3 Day Premium Pass ticket holders: 3 and 4 year-old children would need a standalone ticket to access Lost World Aquarium and access the venues

Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.

Cruise Passengers:

Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.

Please note: City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).
