You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile and printed vouchers are both accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

The ticket must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at The Dubai Mall

Height restrictions are in place on the rides

Life jackets are to be worn by all swimmers who are less than 1.2 metres tall (available free of charge)

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult

Cruise Passengers:

Cruise passengers will be offered a City Sightseeing transfer to the bus terminal in The Dubai Mall where you will be able to choose the Blue or Red route. City Sightseeing Staff will be present in Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 to advise on all ticket information and redemption points.

Please note: City Sightseeing cruise transfer takes approx. 20 minutes (frequency subject to traffic).
