The first stop is located at Waterloo Place, but you can hop on or hop off the tour at any of the stops along the route.
Voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver on board.
Mobile vouchers and Printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

In "normal times" Edinburge is a busy city, especially during special events, summer holidays and at weekends. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!

Information for Cruise Passengers:
Guests will be required to take alternative methods of transportation to reach the City Sightseeing stop number 1 St Andrew Square (Charges may apply to all transportation and is subject to availability). Guests are reminded to check on the location of the Edinburgh port before arrival.
Cruise guests arriving into Leith can collect a shuttle bus from the terminal to Waterloo Place, this is an approx. 6 minute walk from City Sightseeing Bus Stop 1.
Cruise guests arriving into South Queens ferry (Hounds Point) can collect a shuttle bus from the terminal to Charlotte Square, this is an approx. 10 minute walk from City Sightseeing Bus stop 2.
Cruise guests arriving into Newhaven will be able to pick up a local bus into central Edinburgh and will take approx. 30 minutes.

Operational Details:
Until 23rd March 2024: 9:00am - 4:00pm, every 30 minutes
24th March 2024 - 2nd November 2024: 8:45am - 5:57pm, every 10 - 12 minutes
3rd November 2024 - 31st March 2025: 9:00am - 4:00pm, every 30 minutes
On 24th and 31st December, the service will end at 3pm
