The hop-on red bus is all set to carry its passengers only outside the cruise port. From there the bus will take the passengers straight to the exploration mode. The first stop is the Norwegian Fjord Centre where a person is likely to know more about the heritage and culture of Geiranger and grab a small and quick bite. The next Hop-off stop is Westeras farm. You can board the hus from any stop, however the first stop is the Cruise Terminal.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexi Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Special Redemption Instruction: Time slots will be given to you if the day has a busy schedule of departures. Note that most bus departures are on cruise days and times that suit incoming cruise ships. Please make sure to find out what time the last departure of the day is, which can be found at the ticket office and on the bus.

Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
If customers hop off the bus they will have to take the next one in 30 minutes, except at Stop 4 where the bus makes a U-turn, and the same bus passes by in about 10 minutes on the way back down.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.
