The main stops of the Red Route contain:
Hop on the Red Route to explore Madrid's historic center. Visit the Golden Triangle of Art, home to the city's top art galleries. First, you can see the beautiful art at Museo del Prado. Then, there is the grand Puerta de Alcalá gate. You can also visit the fancy shops in Barrio de Salamanca. Plaza de Colón has a statue of Columbus, and Plaza de Cibeles has a lovely fountain. On Gran Vía, you will see many important buildings. Gran Vía is also known as the city's premier shopping street. You can visit the old gates of Puerta de San Vicente and Puerta de Toledo. There are more stops like Gran Via de San Francisco 8, the Colegiata - Mayor church, the busy Atocha 116 near the train station, and the peaceful Jardín Botánico garden.
 
The main stops of the Green Route contain:
The Green Route bus takes you to many interesting places. It starts at Plaza Neptuno, with its beautiful fountain of Neptune, and goes to Plaza de Cibeles, famous for its Cybele fountain. Next, it stops at Plaza de Colón, named after Christopher Columbus. You can visit the Museo de Esculturas to see many sculptures and the Museo Ciencias Naturales for natural science exhibits. Nuevos Ministerios is a modern area with important government buildings, and Santiago Bernabéu is the stadium of the Real Madrid soccer team. The bus also stops at CSIC, a place for scientific research, and the Museo Lázaro Galdiano, filled with art collections. The route continues to Alcalá 25, a main street address, and Puerta del Sol, a bustling square with a clock tower. Finally, it ends at Plaza de las Cortes, near the Spanish Parliament.

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. The First Bus stop is the Prado Museum, Plaza de Murillo, 28014, Madrid.
Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Operational Updates:
1. Stops 1 and 16 on the Red Route will be closed every Sunday from 9am - 4pm. An alternative stop will be set up on Calle Alfonso XII.
2. *All Sunday departures are from Alfonso XII Street until 4pm for both routes.
3. Additionally, every Sunday both routes start from Alfonso XII Street, in front of the Cason del Buen Retiro between 9:30am and 4pm..

There is a guide walking tour of the Prado at this time, but it is subject to availability.
Please remember that children under the age of 18 do no need tickets for the Prado.

Operational Information:
- Madrid de los Asturias walking tour takes place every day at 12pm. Meeting Point: at the bus stop in front of Hotel Riu Plaza de Espana, Gran Via 84. 
- Paseo del Arte walking tour takes place every day at 4pm. Meeting Point: Stop 1 on the Red Route. 
- 1-hour electric scooter hire in Retiro Park has been added to the ticket. Open from 10am - 7pm. Further details are available when you redeem your ticket. 
- Food tasting and drink has been added to the ticket. At Frutas Cuesta in Mercado de la Cebada.
Open 9:30am - 2:30pm and then 5:30pm - 8:30pm Monday to Friday.
Open 9:30am - 6pm Saturday 
Open 9:30am - 6pm the first Sunday of the month 
- Entry to Prado Museum -  Please collect your tickets for the Prado at Stop 1 on the Red Route at 4pm. Please remember that children under the age of 18 do not need tickets for the Prado. 
- Entry to Ikono Museum - Opening hours: 10am - 10pm daily.
