  • You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
  • Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.
  • You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
  • Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
  • After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
  • In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
  • Cruise Passengers: Stop 7b is located in front of the cruise terminal, here you will find City Sightseeing Malaga buses. Staff will be located at this stop for your to exhange your onboard tickets for bus tickets.
  • The Cueva del Tesoro (included in the Malaga Ultimate Experience 48-Hour ticket), customers must book their visit in advance. Customers should visit the City Expert desk, located at the Tourist Information Office in Plaza de la Marina, where they can book the cave visit and collect the included bus tickets for the transfer to this point of interest.
  • Flexible Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Boat Ticket: Boat ticket must be used within 24 hours of the validity of bus ticket.

  • Museum Pass: When you redeem the voucher on the bus the staff give you a card with a QR-code. This card has to be scanned at the entrance of each attraction, is the general admission. Opening times, operational details and inclusions are subject to change at any time with little to no notice.
  • Jaleo Flamenco Show: Flamenco Jaleo offers availability until full capacity is reached. Customers can access until full capacity is reached and the schedule is consulted with the staff.
  • Choice of Boat Tour is available with the Ultimate and Essential Ticket only.
  • MIMMA (Interactive Music Museum):  Opening Hours- Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30 to 18.30.
  • Revello de Toro Museum:  Opening Hours - Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 to 20:00. Sundays and holidays: 10:00 to 14:00 & Closed on Mondays.
  • Thyssen Museum:  Opening Hours- Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 20:00.
  • Virtual Reality Experience: Opening Hours - every day: 12:15
  • MEET (Málaga Espacio Expositivo Tabacalera) exhibition: Tuesday to Sunday: 09:30 - 20:00
  • Russian Museum: Tuesday to Sunday: 09:30 - 20:00 (including public holidays). The Russian Museum will be closed to the public every Monday (except extraordinary openings) and on December 25th and January 1st.

Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service!   • Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

  • Customers should visit the City Expert desk, located at the Tourist Information Office in Plaza de la Marina, where they can book the cave visit and collect the included bus tickets for the transfer to this point of interest.
  • Summer Opening Hours (1st May - 30th September): 10:30am - 1pm and then 4:30pm - 7pm
  • Winter Opening Hours (1st October - 30th April): 10am - 1pm

  • Last access 15 minutes before the museum closes. 
  • Capacity: 25 people in Picasso’s Birthplace Museum and 72 in the temporary exhibition hall.
 

Automobile and Fashion Museum: 

  • Opening hours - Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 14:30 and 16:00 to 19:00. 
  • The ticket office will stay open until 30 minutes before closing time. 
  • CLOSED: December 25th, January 1st. 24 and 31 December open from 10:00 to 14:30.
 

Centre Pompidou: The Pompidou Centre will be closed from 6th September to 23rd November (both days included). 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 09:30 - 20:00 (including public holidays).
  • Closed on Tuesdays, 1 January and 25 December. 
  • The centre will be open on public holidays that are Tuesdays and the day before. 
  • On 24 and 31 December the centre will be open until 15:00. (Last admission time for the public is 14:30).
  • Admission is allowed until 30 minutes before the museum closes.

Combined Route (Botanical Gardens):

  • Operates every day apart from Monday.
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11:05 to 18:05
  • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 11:05 to 19:10
  • There is no departure between 16:05 and 18:05.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
