Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

Important Operational Information

There will be early closure service on the following dates: 2025 – 26 Nov, 24 Dec, 2026 – 6, 11, 12, 13 & 16 Feb, 25 Nov, 24 Dec, 2027 – 29 Jan, 3, 4, 5 & 8 Feb, 24 Nov, 24 Dec

City Sightseeing New Orleans have advised that they will not operate on Sunday 7th December due to the New Orleans Holiday Parade being rescheduled as a result of severe weather. Service will also be suspended on Saturday 6th December as originally planned. All customer bookings for Sunday will be honoured on Monday 8th December.

Please note: City Sightseeing New Orleans have advised that due to Saints home game days, Stop 8 will be closed on the following days:
Sunday 23rd November
Sunday 14th December
Sunday 21st December
Customers should proceed to Stop 9 at 545 St. Charles Avenue.

All original stops are now open and operating again. Details are as follows:

The New Orleans Hop on Hop off tour will finish early on the following dates:

- Friday 6th February - tours will end at 3:30pm

- Wednesday 11th February - tours will end at 3:30pm

- Thursday 12th February - tours will end at 3:30pm

- Friday 13th February - tours will end at 3:30pm

- Monday 16th February - tours will end at 3:30pm

- Wednesday 25th November - tours will end at 4pm

- Thursday 24th December - tours will end at 4pm

- Thursday 31st December - tours will end at 4pm

Stop Closures are:

- Thursday 16th April - Stops 1 - 4 will be closed

- Friday 17th April - Stops 1 - 4 will be closed

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.

Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
