You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
You can join the tour also from: Visitor Information Point 44-45 High Street.
Mobile and Printed vouchers are both accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Pets Allowed: Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed
Infants can travel free and you do not require to book infant ticket.
Multiday tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
Complimentary ear phones are provided, or you are welcome to use your own wired earphones with a jack connector
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or on the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays, reduced frequency and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancelations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
 
Hop-On Hop-Off Tour: (Operational season: all year round):
Mid Season: 1st April - 14th April, 19th April to 31st May, 5th September - 31st October: 9:30 - 18:00. Monday to Thursday: every 20 minutes. Friday to Sunday: every 15 minutes. From April 1st to 14th and 5th September to October 31st the last tour is at 17:00.
High Season: 15th April - 18th April, 1st June - 21st July: 9:30 - 18:00. The bus runs every 15 minutes daily.
Peak Season: 22nd July - 4th September: 9:30 - 18:00. Monday to Thursday: every 15 minutes. Friday to Sunday: every 10 minutes.
Except on: 1st January, 25th & 26th December
Many of our tours have live commentary delivered by our friendly and professional guides in English.

Guided Walking Tour: This is seasonal, and customers should enquire upon arrival for more information.
Guided Walking Tours Schedule:
45-minute Stepping Through Oxford Walking Tour: 11:30am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3pm
Meeting Point: Oxford Visitor Information Point, 44-45 High Street
Note: Our 45-minute walking tour leaves at set times in the day depending on the season (subject to availability) —please enquire with staff on site for up-to-date times.

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.

  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
