Itinerary

Hop on the Palermo Hop On Hop Off Bus and take your seats and get ready to explore the city of Palermo. The bus will take to two different divisions, one to line A where you will get the chance to come across numerous historical centers and know about the prehistoric life of people living in ancient age. This can be a good knowledge section for you.

On line B, the bus will take to the Liberty City area and take you to the Zisa Castle. The castle is the best example of stonework embedded with a pattern of blind arches. The ground of the castle is inspired by the Islamic style and composed of hundreds of spools that connects to each other, that forms the designs and light ornaments. There are various artefacts made of brass, gold, and silver. Further, the bus will reach the Monreale Cathedral an ancient church and a fantastic example of Norman architecture in Sicily. The church is on the Rocco Di Monreale, and there you can appreciate the Conca d’Oro.

On the bus, while you visit the places, a multilingual commentary that contains stories of historical references and various anecdotes are provided. Don’t skip to it the museums, shows, and the Mondello Beach as you can take advantage of discounts for booking admissions in it. Make sure to visit all the section provided in the information leaflet.

On board, the wi-fi facility is available so that you can download the Sightseeing Experience APP. It is the best way to align yourself, move and visit in the city. You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Flexible Ticket: The voucher can be used within 5 days from the date indicated during the purchase.

Domestic Animals: The access to the bus is permitted for little and medium domestic animals only if they are inoffensive. Using muzzle and leash is mandatory, as alternative to the muzzle it is possible to use a pet carrier. The holder must also assure that the animal doesn’t disturb or damage other passengers or the staff on the bus and that doesnt’ get the bus dirty, the penalty will be the full reimbursement of the damage. The owner or the holder of the animal is liable for the damage caused.
Policy Baggages on board: For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to bring luggages, awkward bags, big backpacks or builky baggages on board the City Sightseeing buses.
Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Sightseeing Experience" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings.

After Tour Complaint: If you have after tour complaint, please write us at support@sightseeingo.com. Important: Please note the stop name/number that you were waiting at and the time when you were waiting for the bus. If possible please take picture of bus number and staff name also. These information will help us to investigate further in your complaint. It may take 5-7 working days to investigate and our support team will get back to you during this period.
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures- may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. No Refund possible in such conditions.

Sunbed is included with each ticket purchased. Beach resort provides you one umbrella for every two sunbeds. Please note that if you book for a single person, you likely have to share your umbrella with someone else.
Sunbed is not included for children and infant rates, but they can pay for it on board bus.
