Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Itinerary

Begin your journey in Palma at Antoni Maura, where you'll have an unobstructed view of the iconic cathedral, La Seu, from the top deck of our bus. Take the opportunity to hop off and explore the cathedral, known as the "Cathedral of Light" for its 61 intricate stained-glass windows. Keep an eye out for the twice-yearly alignment of the two rose windows, creating a beautiful figure-eight pattern.

Stroll down Passeig del Born, one of Palma's most elegant boulevards, also known as the "Golden Mile." The tree-lined street is filled with designer boutiques and outdoor cafes. Nearby, La Rambla offers a peaceful atmosphere with flower stalls, perfect for kicking back and taking in the fresh air.

Hop back on the bus and travel along the coast, hopping off at Passeig Maritim. This 4km promenade offers a great spot to grab a bite or a drink while enjoying the view of the beautiful bay of Palma.

This is one of the best means to Spain and you should definitely go to Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum featuring miniature versions of the country's most iconic landmarks, from the Alhambra in Granada to Toledo's La Casa de El Greco. The museum is located just outside of the city but easily accessible by our bus.

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.

Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Opeational Updates:

1. Stop 8 is out of service until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.
2. City Sightseeing Palma de Mallorca have advised of some disruptions on Sunday 19th and Monday 20th January. Details are as follows:

Sunday 19th January: The bus schedule will be 10am - 5pm with the buses running every 30 minutes

Monday 20th January: Due to a cycling race, the main stop is Stop 18 and Stops 1, 2, 3 and 17 will be out of use.

Stop 8 (Poble Espanyol) The last bus to serve stop 8 departs from stop 1 at 16:30.

Stop 9 (Castell de Belllver) The last bus to serve 9 starts departs from stop 1 at 17:30.

Information for Cruise Passengers:

Guests are recommended to check with their cruise line on which Cruise Terminal the cruise ship will be in dock.

Poniente Peraires: Stop 14 Estacion Maritima is the closest City Sightseeing bus stop to the cruise terminal. Guests will be required to walk through the terminal exit to the public street where the buses will be located. Guests will have to cross a road to board the buses.

Dique Del Oeste (Western Dam); Guests may be offered a port shuttle or cruise ship shuttle into the city centre (this is not guaranteed and a small charge may occur). City Sightseeing have numerous stops around the city centre where guests can board our buses. We would advise guests to check the location of the stops in relation to their transfer before purchase.

Muelle Pelaires Sur/Muelle Poniente Sur– Terminal 1: The nearest stop is Stop number 14, "Estación Marítima", just near to the exit of the terminal. Alternatively, there may be a port shuttle provided by your cruise line, where you can hop on the bus at stop number 18 "Muelle Comercial", in front of the shuttle point.
