Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Itinerary

Begin your journey in Palma at Antoni Maura, where you'll have an unobstructed view of the iconic cathedral, La Seu, from the top deck of our bus. Take the opportunity to hop off and explore the cathedral, known as the "Cathedral of Light" for its 61 intricate stained-glass windows. Keep an eye out for the twice-yearly alignment of the two rose windows, creating a beautiful figure-eight pattern.

Important Instructions: We recommend our all passengers please try to board the bus at first stop if possible. During high season, specially on weekends, buses can be full, we advise you must wait for the next buses. NO REFUND possible in such conditions.

Information for Cruise Passengers:

Guests are recommended to check with their cruise line on which Cruise Terminal the cruise ship will be in dock.

Poniente Peraires: Stop 14 Estacion Maritima is the closest City Sightseeing bus stop to the cruise terminal. Guests will be required to walk through the terminal exit to the public street where the buses will be located. Guests will have to cross a road to board the buses.

Dique Del Oeste (Western Dam); Guests may be offered a port shuttle or cruise ship shuttle into the city centre (this is not guaranteed and a small charge may occur). City Sightseeing have numerous stops around the city centre where guests can board our buses. We would advise guests to check the location of the stops in relation to their transfer before purchase.

Muelle Pelaires Sur/Muelle Poniente Sur– Terminal 1: The nearest stop is Stop number 14, "Estación Marítima", just near to the exit of the terminal. Alternatively, there may be a port shuttle provided by your cruise line, where you can hop on the bus at stop number 18 "Muelle Comercial", in front of the shuttle point.
