You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However, the first stop is: Plaza de Espana, 38003 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
