Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 2 days before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

Overview

The bus will take you to different famous places, and it will pause at several stops. You can hop off the bus at the place you want and explore the area deeply. It’s an amazing opportunity to spend your time well, and experience the life of the city, never lived before. Verona is a beautiful Roman city that has a history of more than 2000 years and has a beautiful consolidation of styles and cultures. It is the home of Pandoro and is also the city of Romeo and Juliet. Hop on the bus and start a ride in the lane of Verona.

Itinerary

Exploring the city Verona will be an exciting initiative towards experiencing the old diversified culture and style of the city that has a history of 2000 years old. The city has the river Adige and the city is the land of the two lovers Romeo and Juliet. Hop on the bus for a ride in the town Velora. The city allows you to admire city walls, landscapes, cultural, military, culinary testimonies, and folkloristic.

Enjoy the two tours of the city sightseeing, that departures in the Arena Square, a symbol of the city and the other in Piazza Bra. The bus will start on Line A that takes to the Garderns Pradaval where you can relax. While moving towards the medieval walls, the bus turns towards the district of San Zeno where you will come across the famous Basilica of that area.

Further, in the ride, the bus will reach towards the Adige, moving to the Castelvecchio the most eminent military construction of the Scaliger dynasty. Currently, the castle is enclosed by a ditch, which is now dry. In the early ages, it was filled with waters from the Adige. The bus moves toward Porta dei Borsari, an ancient gate in the city Verona. Experience the Stone Bridge and the Roman Theatre, which is the eldest monument in the city.

On-Line B, the bus moves towards the eastern part of the city before turning to Castel San Pietro which is one of the most eminent overlooks. The bus will take you down the hill and enter the city’s historic district. Here you will appreciate the typical bell towers of the Saint Anastasia Cathedral. After reaching this area, you can see Piazza Erbe as well as Piazza dei Signori.

You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver. However, the first stop is: Piazza Bra, 1, 37121 Verona VR, Italy.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Domestic Animals: The access to the bus is permitted for little and medium domestic animals only if they are inoffensive. Using muzzle and leash is mandatory, as alternative to the muzzle it is possible to use a pet carrier. The holder must also assure that the animal doesn’t disturb or damage other passengers or the staff on the bus and that doesnt’ get the bus dirty, the penalty will be the full reimbursement of the damage. The owner or the holder of the animal is liable for the damage caused.
Policy Baggages on board: For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to bring luggages, awkward bags, big backpacks or builky baggages on board the City Sightseeing buses.
Mobile App: Customers are advised to download the "Sightseeing Experience" app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. It is available in five languages.
Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
