You must redeem your vouchers (Mobile/ Printed) at JULIÀ TRAVEL OFFICE: San Nicolás 15 (next to Plaza de Ramales) – Madrid, before heading to the attraction. Opening Hours (Mon-Sun) 8am to 5pm

Ticket will not be handled before the booked date.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

You ought to exchange your voucher for your valid ticket at the Julià Travel office before heading the Stadium. If you attend directly without collecting the tickets, you will not be allowed to enter the Tour.

All travellers are advised to carry their Passport/ID card on the day of travel.

On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kick off.

This is an Open Ticket, hence the guest can visit the venue any time from the given access hours: 11:30 AM; 1:00PM; 4:00PM and 5:00 PM

The tour includes walking long distances, it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

Visitors are kindly requested to respect the instructions of the Security Staff.

Photography and filming are not permitted inside the exhibitions.
