Activity Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 5 days before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.

How It Works

For groups of 12 or more, you may send us an inquiry at booking@sightseeingo.com. Although we do not guarantee bulk deals for all our tours, there are some tours for which we can offer discounted pricing. Ordinary hop-on-hop-off bus tickets are entitled to group savings. Attractions, pass items and combo tickets aren't.

Due the nature of this type of tour and varying demand, group travellers should be aware that there is no guarantee that the group will be able to travel altogether as the available seats vary from stop to stop and depends on demand each day. The group may need to split up and/or wait for the next bus(s).

As, we cannot guarantee that the group shall be able to travel together as one group, therefore we will reduce the group size down to 4-5 smaller groups per ticket (depending upon group size).

By purchasing this tour you will receive a confirmation with your vouchers attached; please show your vouchers (E-Voucher or Paper Voucher) to board our City Sightseeing.

You will only need to show your vouchers at the City Sightseeing Visitor Center or directly on the bus to get your City Sightseeing ticket.

You can board the Bus from the respective meeting point from Terminal A and C.

Drop off at Stop 6 for Vatican tour : Lungotevere Tor di Nona, 00186 Roma RM

Drop off at Stop 3 for Colosseum tour: Via di S. Gregorio, Roma RM

Please show your booking voucher to the bus staff to board the bus.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper Vouchers both are accepted.
Please hop off to Stop 3 and 6 to explore Colosseum and palatine Hill respectively.

To access the Colosseum it is mandatory to provide the name of each individual person with a ticket.

Once the booking is made, you will be contacted by our the tour staff to request your names.

The exact meeting point and time will be provided to you by email a day before the tour is booked.

In case of non-receipt of the e-mail you can contact the operator at +39 3475517099.

Please note that the voucher received at the time of booking will not be the ticket to be shown at the meeting point to enter the Colosseum.

An identity card is mandatory for children under 18 years of age.

Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your selected time slot.

Suitcases, alcohol, drugs, glassware, and knives are not allowed at the sites.

To use the City Sightseeing Rome service, show your voucher to the staff on board the bus.
