Redemption Info

Hop-on, Hop-off Bus: You can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Night Tour: Vouchers must be redeemed on board TootBus buses.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Tickets Validity: Hop-on-hop-off tickets will now be dated and valid for redemption on the booked travel date or any date before it.
Night Tour: Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, we highly recommend customers to arrive to the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure

Every first Sunday of the month, the Champs-Elysées are reserved for pedestrians and our stop number 7 "Champs-Elysées – George V" cannot be served.
